Axis just hosted another great Meetup: Body Balance Workout and Techniques. This introductory acrobatic class focused on core and upper body strengthening. The girls had a great workout and had the opportunity to explore techniques that focused on balance and body awareness. 


Axis Pole Fitness opened its doors in January 2015 to provide a unique way of exploring cirque style fitness, acrobatics, and body balance through: aerial silks, poles, lyra hoops, rings, ballerina barre, and the aerial cube. The studio provides classes, workshops, demonstrations, and community meetups to connect people to the world of aerial arts.
