Rachel Tisdale

Rachel Tisdale is the owner and creator of Axis Pole Fitness and Axis Performing Arts. She has two daughters and a loving husband, Luke Tisdale, who does all of the apparatus rigging. She started down this cirque inspired fitness journey for fun and knew she wanted to share this with every person who had interest. 

 

Megan Reaneau

Megan has been a gymnast and gymnastics coach her entire life. She provides an environment students flourish in. From the picture perfect pole pose to her detailed instructions, she is truly an amazing pole fitness instructor. One class with her will leave you empowered & craving more.

 

Tori Vincent

Tori is a beautiful silk instructor who has performed with Axis Performing Arts numerous times and dedicates herself to this gorgeous art form. She is an accountant by day and aerialist by night. She has trained for years and will bring any student to their full potential every class.

 

Ley Len

Leylen was born in northwest Argentina until moving to the US at age 20. Since she was a young girl, Leylen had a love and talent for various forms of art. As a photographer, painter, and dancer, Leylen possesses a natural gift of creativity and an eye for beauty. Her strength and creativity produces an incredible aerialist and instructor.

Kaitlyn Larae Phillips

Kaitlyn, a former Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader, is an incredible dancer with a specialization in flexibility and fluidity. She brings an elegance to pole, lyra, silks and acrobatics like no other. A class with Kaitlyn will leave you feeling energized and excited about your own fitness journey.

 

Bao Huynh

Bao has been with axis since the beginning. She started as a student and has worked her way up to be an instructor. She played tennis throughout her high school year, and coming to Axis has definitely brought out a different and more creative side of her.

 

Crystal "CryStylez" Belcher

Athleticism, adventure and artistry have always been a recurring characteristic of Ms. Crystal Belcher aka "CryStylez." Crystal has an extensive history of dancing, cheering, co-ed competitive sports and dance fitness. She has been a student of pole, an instructor, personal trainer and choreographer since 2010. She travels all over the world sharing her skill set and knowledge about pole. She is a gifted dancer and develops students into pole athletes. 

 

Amber Prowl

Amber comes from Los Angeles under the guidance and mentorship of Nicole “The Pole” Williams. To her, pole dancing is an ever-evolving, incredibly unique way to bring women who share the same goals together. Her core mission as an instructor is to help her students push past negative body images and lack of confidence by creating an environment that encourages each person to move at their own pace. She just wants students to just let go, be themselves, and have fun!

 
 

Jamie Ricketts

A running injury landed Jamie in a yoga studio in 2013. Right away, she was addicted to the amazing sense of self empowerment through movement and breath. Yoga has truly transformed her outlook on life sparking the desire to become a yoga teacher. Jamie discovered Axis Pole Fitness through a yoga friend. One class was all it took to hook her into coming again! Then her love of yoga and pole merged into one! Jamie is now teaching Polga at Axis. Jamie earned her yoga certification in March, 2016 from Larry Thraen's "Yoga of You" yoga teacher training and is a certified 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance.
